Sessions 4 & 5: Connection & Repair
Explore how social engagement and co-regulation can calm your system. Learn the vital skill of repairing emotional ruptures with yourself and others.

Sessions 6 & 7: Channeling Anger into Power
Shift from reactive anger to proactive energy. Practice assertive communication, safe energy discharge, and techniques to transform anger into a force for positive change.

Session 8: Integration & Your Long-Term Plan
We'll bring all your insights and skills together to create a personalized, sustainable plan for long-term emotional regulation and well-being.
