Keri Perdrix, MA, LPC
Keri is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than a decade of experience supporting children and families across various settings, including schools and community mental health environments. With her experience and nervous-system focused approach, Keri recognizes that true healing begins within the framework of secure and nurturing relationships. She is dedicated to establishing a safe and trustworthy bond with each of her clients, empowering them to embark on their healing journey.
Keri's expertise lies in trauma-responsive care in order to effectively address the unique challenges faced by individuals who have experienced trauma. She approaches therapy through the lens of polyvagal theory and attachment-based neuroscience. In addition to her work with individuals, she supports couples, parents, and families in healing relationships impacted by disconnection, conflict, or long-standing patterns of hurt. In addition to polyvagal theory, Keri thoughtfully incorporates principles from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method—drawing on these frameworks to help partners and family systems move toward greater emotional safety, attunement, and connection.
She draws inspiration from the transformative power of couples therapy, recognizing the incredible potential for healing and growth that emerges when partners work together to support and nurture one another.
Whether she is supporting children, families, or couples, Keri is unwavering in her commitment to providing personalized care tailored to the specific needs and goals of each client. With her empathetic nature, knowledge, and use of evidence-based practices, Keri is dedicated to offering an empowering therapeutic experience for those seeking to heal and thrive.
